Purchase of this vendor category is a commitment to both days of the event. If you sell out on Saturday, join us on Sunday & take preorders and deposits or sell merch, network with our customers and distribute every business card you have left.  

Setup will begin at 7AM sharp on Saturday. 

No vendor vehicles will be accepted through the farm's north (Duda Rd) gate after 9AM. No vendors will be accepted through the front gates of the farm. 

Please be ready to put final touches on your setup by 9:30AM. We had a line at the gate last year when we opened and we expect more this year.  

Be aware that the vendor area is too small to accept latecomers because of safety concerns with crowd, we ask that you plan accordingly.  

Vendors Receive: 
1 - 10X10 Vendor Space
1 - Free Camping Spot Provided at Noble Roots Farm in Eustis (26 min away)
1 - Code for Base Cost Tshirts for Event 
2 - Free Buckets of Ice for Your Personal Cooler (1: Sat AM & 1: Sun AM) 
Sales Raffle Tickets- to be distributed to CUSTOMERS
     (Protein Vendors - Red, given out for each $100 in sales)
     (All Others - Blue, given out for each $20 in sales). 

Setup can begin as early as Friday afternoon depending upon weather. 
As always, vendors receive assurance from Long & Scott to leave gear & equipment safely overnight, as long as tents are lowered and product is secured.
