Hello there, kids! šŸŒŸ

Thank you so much for taking the time to read my bookā€”Iā€™m so glad you did! Do you have any fun memories about visiting a farm? Do you have family or friends who grow food? Farms can be full of exciting adventures, like meeting animals, seeing crops grow, and even trying new foods.

Speaking of food, Iā€™d love to knowā€”whatā€™s the best food from the book that youā€™ve tried? Was there one you didnā€™t like so much? (Itā€™s okay, everyone has different tastes!) What new food are you excited to try most?

Did you know? By reading this book and learning about farms, youā€™re already helping small farmers right here in Floridaā€”how amazing is that? šŸŽ‰ Farmers work hard to grow the food we eat, and your support means so much to them. It's very difficult to grow crops in a state that is very hot, humid, and doesnt have a freezing cold winter to help with bugs. Throw in a few hurricanes and the growing season can become very interesting!

As you go through school, I hope youā€™ll keep learning about agriculture and maybe even try growing something yourself! Imagine planting a seed and watching it grow into something delicious. How cool would that be?

Thank you for being awesome and for helping the farmers who make our state so special! šŸŒ±šŸ“
