MFM2025: 2-Day Sales Vendor Fees

This Vendor Fee purchase is for Sales Vendors Only.

If you have not been approved as a vendor by Florida Farm Finder you should not be here. Your funds will not be refunded if you: purchase in error, purchase before approval, or forfeit your space between purchase and event date. We appreciate your donation toward marketing and to the success of other vendors.

To Register:

1) Select the row that you want to be in, Vendor Row: 1-8
2) Select your market space size: Single 10X10 Vendor Space or 10X 20 Double Tent/Trailer Space
3) If your row or preferred size space is greyed out, it is sold out. There are 1-2 double sized spaces per row. 

Checkout as normal, you should not be charged tax or shipping. 

Because of our growth, marketing, dedicated attendees and weather effects, we can no longer rely on Saturday as the heaviest day, and have adjusted fees as such. 

Your fee purchases access to the row for both days, spaces will be assigned in order of purchase. You are welcome to leave equipment and product on site, it is staffed overnight.

Protein and dairy vendors: The farm has a HUGE commercial ice machine on site, ice will be available for purchase. 

Overnight vendors are welcome to stay locally, primitive camping is available at Noble Roots Farm, in Eustis off 44, if you have a trailer, tent or vehicle to stay in. There is a bathroom available on site. 

These spaces do not include any access to power or  dedicated water hookups, there are a number of potable spigots on site. Generators are acceptable, you get bonus points for quiet ones or insulated boxes.  

Purchase of a vendor space includes you in our sales raffle incentive. We hand out a number of tickets to vendors, who distribute them to customers based on sales totals. A single winner is selected and receives a freezer. For each $50 in meat purchase or $25 in other goods, customers receive 1 ticket. We can always restock you on tickets, don't feel like you need to conserve them. Vendors are not eligible for the raffle item. Please return any undistributed tickets to the Florida Farm Finder booth. 

Setup Info: We expect to send this out March 1. Vendors are always welcome to start setting up as early as Friday evening before. Gates open at  7AM for vendors.
