Deposit & Sales Commission Policy
Food vendors are required to place a deposit at registration.
This deposit is not an additional fee and will be applied as a credit toward the 10% post-event sales commission collected after the event.After the event, Saturday or Sunday evening, BEFORE departure, vendors will report gross sales to the Florida Farm Finder booth. The 10% commission will be calculated, and the deposit amount will be deducted from the total owed.
• If your deposit exceeds your 10% commission, the remaining balance will be refunded.
• If your 10% commission exceeds the deposit, the remaining balance will be due immediately, before departure from the event.(Please don't make us chase you down to follow up, plan to take care of this between pack up and departure.)
